Learn the art of mindfulness, meditation and mantra with this FREE series at Athleta City Creek. Certified yoga & meditation instructor Amanda B. Jones and founder of The Dharana Method Meditation shows us how to start a home meditation practice using mantra, one of the most ancient, and easiest to use, forms of meditation.
